Kiutra is proud to announce that they have been awarded a 1.5 M€ grant from the highly competitive EIC Accelerator Pilot programme (Horizon2020 – an European research and innovation programme) co-financing the development of a unique characterization tool for qubits and related low-temperature electronics.
The funding will be used to adapt their magnetic refrigeration technology to ideally match the needs of the rapidly growing quantum hardware community. Based on kiutra’s L-type cryostat platform and innovative sample changer mechanism, the company will provide a unique tool that will significantly reduce development times.
The project will be carried out in strong collaboration with leading partners from the quantum industry.
