Dutch Quantum Computing startups create IMPAQT consortium

Members of the IMPAQT consortium signed an agreement to collaborate on ensuring that different building blocks of Quantum Computing are well-interfaced. In the future, this will allow Quantum Computer manufacturers to easily integrate subsystems.
